What is the relationship between ethics, morality and the law? Are all ethical and moral issues also legal issues, explain why or why not? Explain why a doctor being sued for malpractice could be considered both a non-legal and legal issue. Give an example of doing something that is not ethical but IS legal. Why should you do what is ethical in this case even if it is not illegal, i.e., you wont get in trouble with the law?
ETHCS,MORALITY AND LAW: these three words somewhat connected with each other

Morality: its a way of differentiating between good or bad or right or wrong
Law: Its a set of rules and regulations follwed by the individuals in their actions

All ethical issues and moral issues arenot legal. Ethical issues are certain rule or code of conduct that has to be maintained by a particular group of people for eg: doctors, nurses etc. ethical issues are mainly arised in social system. so the one who has more ethical principles has less moral values. the one who violate ethical principle has to face legal issues. but moral issues are those arises within in the individual itself because we believe in our own rights and wrong.
When a doctor is sued for any malpractices in the hospital setting he has to face both the legal and non legal issues. As doctor is a member of a nation he has to follow certain code of conduct if he failed to attain then need to face the court against his action. Non legal rules are formed for a certain group of individuals like doctors or nurses etc.so any violation makes them to face the enforced law for that group such as canceling the authority to work for further
