Expert Solution

Exercise is good for the overall health of an individual . It keeps one fit and healthy and away from potential helath disorders. But the problem arises at a point when it is done in excess. Anything done in excess is bad. And when exercise is done in excess as a result of addiction , it reverses its health benefits on our body and causes severe problems instead.

Exercise addiction affects 3 to 5 % of the total population. To solve this problem , one should relax , take a deep breath and excuse himself for a day or two from the daily exercise routine. Take a day break and engage into something more relaxing or that gives you pleasure. You can also start by mixing exercise with the other things and then gradually slow down.

If things are way too tense , you may try seeking health from the professionals , who can help you modify the behavioral states , emotions and feelings . Try to bring down exercises into moderation and ease up little.
