Human rights are rights for human beings against discrimination
by race, sex, nationality, language, ethnicity, religion and
status. Human rights provide human freedom to express their
feeling, liberty, right to live, work, education without
discrimination.
International human rights law make the obligation of government to
act to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedom of
individual or groups. UN accepts the rights, civil, cultural,
economic, social, political rights. it promotes and protects rights
and assists states to carry out the responsibility. UN and the
universal declaration of human rights expanded human rights law for
specific standards for disabled,women, children, minorities,
vulnerable groups from discrimination. Economic social, cultural
rights promote and protect social protection, it provide equal
standards of living and standards of physical and mental wellbeing,
right to education, enjoyment benefits, right to work in favorable
condition and it provide cultural freedom and scientific
progress.Civil and political rights deal with equality, right to
freedom of movement, right to fair trail. freedom of thoughts,
religion, opinion and expression, peace and it prohibit punishment,
slavery and forced labor. human rights council address the human
rights in the globe by against to violation and it include response
to human rights emegencies.
The office of the high commission for human rights focus on human
rights activities. human rights and UN system policies and programs
focus on peace, security, humanity, development, social and
economic affair. it provide protection of human rights, gender
equity etc.
Human rights of older people igonred and totally denied sometimes
they suffer from widespread perception by non productive and
worthless in present society. they lose their rights to security,
freedom and privacy in aged care and they have lack of political
attention.
