1. Development of electronic patient regards and the networking of care help have the power to improve quality and efficiency of health services.
Now a days internet can also be used as a medium of health research generally in quantitative survey methods, focus groups, using online classes. Online health information can increase the patients knowledge, competencewith, and engagement in health decision. It can be used as synergy with doctor patient relationship in the clinic which often become highly time constrained.
2. Patient- provider online communications relatively uncommon because it is less formal than phone calls and face to face visits.
It may feels more private than talking out loud on a telephone and walking into a clinic for an appointment. Now a days online communication such as mailing replace the unnecessary visiting face to face into hospital. Patients need to adapt and know how function it in effective way that has put questions several times.

4. Patients turned to internet if they are not satisfied by the encounter of online communication having between the provider and receiver, if patient can't elaborate his problem over phone, due to lack of information like sign and symptoms health staff unable to answer that question over phone, or may be time constrain issue , patients move to internet for better understanding.
