Examples like snacks making with nuts, nuts is fully packed with proteins, nutrients, vitamins, yogurt and cheese should use preparing snack, fruits and nuts are mixed prepare healthy snack in attractive way, giving more veggies excluding sweets prepared with sugar, but suggested that sweets can be prepared with jaggery and cow ghee which will boosts immune system.
