Answer. 1. Gender discrimination is also known as sexual discrimination. In this, males are preferred more than females in many apects of life like in job selections, in getting promotions, in projects, etc just because it is thought that women won't be able to give the maximum outputaas they are weaker than males. Even at domestic levels, women are taken into weaker league and the dominant ones are the males. In each and every aspect of life, this gender discrimination is observed. Parents want to have boy child rather than girl child. Job selections are also affected by this discrimination. Gender inequality underestimates the power and strength of women.
There are many federal laws that strongly oppose this gender inequality. By considering such laws and by educating the people about the be bad results of violating them can be useful. Women need to stay strong and firm against such people or groups who favor this discrimination. If women will oppose them with the help of legal actions and their strong will, such poor thinkers will be defeated.
Answer 2. Age discrimination is also called Ageism. It shows the discrimination on the basis of age and it majorly affects the young and the older people. They are made to believe that they have lesser knowledge than those who are in working state. Younger ones can't share or give new ideas to the seniors as they are very new or young for them and the elderly can't suggest them any thing because they have past or old experiences which won't work in today's world. This discrimination hurts the emotions or the feelings of both the generations whether they are going for any job, games, or any institution. They will be underestimated by their ages.
There are many youth rights and influential lobbies in political circles that help in such cases. Also by educating people about the wrong myths and the need to believe in the experiences and ideas of both the generations to excel in the work environment. Also, both the generations have to fight for their rights and demands.
Answer 3. Disability discrimination happens when any person be it a male or a female, are not given any benefit of their qualifications just because they are disabled. Their bodily incapability affects their mental abilities, which affects their lives more depressingly. Such people have strong knowledge and abilities to work even more efficiently than the normal people but they are not believed so. They are discriminated that how they will do work, or perform activities or accomplish their targets in any field of work.
There are many acts like The Equality Act, help such people who face discriminations. People should be educated to not treat disable persons that they can't do anything. And also that the results of violating such acts will be harmful for them. Such things can help in reducing or finishing such discriminations.
