  1. A particular type of health difference that is closely linked with social,economical or environmental disadvantage . Health disparities adversely affect groups of people who have systematically experienced greater obstacles to health based on their socioeconomic status ,relireligion,ethnic group,racial,gender,etc....'Remanant ' and ' Recruitment' hypotheses are two hypotheses that Meich present in the reading " Formation of socioeconomic Health Disparity ".

Remenant hypotheses describes the current low class users are the same people who did it back in the day when everyone did it.

Recruitment hypotheses describes the low class people who are using now are new users.

3. Health care financing, in its broad sense ,deals with financing, insurance and payment . The key impact of financing on healthcare delivery system involves determining the access to health care services. Insurance is a system or service that essentially protects the insured against risk. The type of health insurance options are group insurance, self insurance, individual private insurance, MCOs.

Financing also influences supply- side factors such as how much health care is produced. Financing eventually affects the total health care expenditure incurred by a health delivery system. An amount is paid as premiums for the insurance policy. Covered services are thus provide by the health care plans.
