• How do you ensure that the organisation delivers the best care for every patient?
• Whta mistakes have you mede while dealing with the medical staff? What have you learned from those mistakes?
• How do you demonstrate the value of services you deliver to the various constituencies like business,government,insurers and patients etc.The answers for these questions shows a greater impact on leader we choose.

Communication gaps in the department are to blame each other when an error occurs instead of working together to solve the problem,such issues creates interdepartmental interaction hinderances.Team work and good communication skills affects the work flow in a positive way such that patients will be having a safe and trust worthy treatment.Yes the changes may impact perations budget too.Interaction between doctors and nurses for any antibiotics policy impacts more on budget issues.Such type of communication between pharmacists-nurses,doctors-nurses,lab technicians-stores head,equipment department-purchase staff etc has a impact on operations and budgets.
