Below are two methodologies of project management and their advantages -

Agile Methodology - Agile Project Management methodology focuses on catering to changing requirements thrughout the project by being adaptable and flexible. The deliverables are delivered in sprints which are time-based deliverables.

Below are the advantages of Agile methodology -

Ideal in cases where the requirements keep changing as the methodology is flexible to consider changes.
Ability to receive feedback on continual basis to improve for the next set of deliverables or sprints

Critical Chain Methodology - This methodology focuses on resources and their management to ensure the project is delivered in full on time. Resources are assigned to the tasks based on their skills and availability. Critical chain will have adequate resources assigned while support tasks and less important tasks are handled by minimum resources.

Below are the advantages of Critical chain methodology -

Employing resources and devoting to critical chain tasks helps in meeting project deadlines
Setting buffer resources for any delayed or additional work ensures the project tasks are completed in time
