Most causing mental illness influenced by social factors such as gender, social class, race, and ethnicity and household patterns. Such as social security system, labour market, and health care organizations.

The capacity to cope effectively with growing number of mental illness depends on social arrangements affecting family, work ,income support and medical care.

The epidemiology of mental illness in life is complicated by the relationship among symptoms occurance, drug use and physical illness and varying ways individuals and families defined illness, evaluate it's significance and take a remedial action .
