Difference between mortgage fraud and insurance fraud-

Mortgage fraud is done with a intention to provide false or misguided information to approve the loans while Insurance fraud is the activity to get insurance advantages by doing wrong and illegal activities.

Both frauds are serious crimes and illegal in nature. Mortgage fraud is related to fraud in property lands while insurance fraud is related to theft,, arson, medical, life insurance fraud etc.
