Unified government is same party having control over both chamber, centre and state. The unified government will leads to better benefits for the communities. It can find the available resources in the country in remote areas also. It can provide liability protection to future also. The unified government system can increase the property values and predictability. It will ensure improved environmental quality. This system will focused on the public interested programmes with special reference to the needs of every community. The single party can’t have any other commitments towards others. They remain as the single power with no other competitors. The divided government emerged from the difference in turnouts between presidential elections and non presidential elections. Here the voters choose one leader from a party and also elect one representative from other party.
The divided government is better than unified government. This divided government will increase the participation of opposition party in every policy making decisions. The party polarization can increase the participation of people in law making. Our government mainly used the divided government. One party is ruling in centre and several other parties in the state level. This will increase the opposition party participation in every perspective.
