This is acting like a driving force to encourage employment production and consumption, the best example is Russia because government control on the sectors lead to dominance over the economic life of the nation when analyzed in the present condition the commanding heights more emphasis must be given for the economic welfare like health and education which is considered as for most parameter which is strives for employment and consumption which increases the driving force for extensive government intervention and planning with innovation. Therefore commanding heights plays a prominent role in shaping the economic activity with sustainable development.
