There can be many things that can motivate a person to become an enterpreneur though having many challanges and risks involved. But I am mentioning some of these.

Many peple deny this fact but more of less people go for enterpreneurship because they want more money than they can make by any other ways. An enterpreneur can make a lot of money thus wealth.
An enterpreneur can do the work what and how hre want it. He can always follow his ideas with great flexibility.
Some people want to attain leadership position in their life. An enterpreneur can achieve this easily than in any other ways. An enterpreneur can always be the boss of his business.
As an enterpreneur you can always choose your own team to work with and work with the people you want and choose your business partners also.
Some people want to be enterpreneur because of the family tradition and legacy also. They want to take their inherited busenesses to the new level and drive them according to the new generation.
More the risk involved is, more is the gain.
