Simulation is widely used in every medical or nursing colleges. The advantages of using simulations are

- Learner get an opportunity to practice their skills and knowledge in realistic dummy before practicing to the real human being

- This reduces the chances of medical error

- This helps to improve the critical thinking of the learner

- This helps to identify the gap in skills and knowledge

- Provide student center learning.

- This can be customized base on the student's needs or the teacher can manipulate the situation and evaluate the students base on the reaction to the situation.

It is very dangerous to practice direct the knowledge and skills of the students to the real human being. This may create many harm and even death to the patient. This kind of act is not accepted under the law. For the prevention of harm the students can practice in a simulation base dummy and after that, the skills can be applied to real humans.

- It is very costly and difficult to afford

- It has limited assess

- It depends on the availability of the instructor. If no instructor, then difficult to understand

- Lack of human interaction that is needed for the students to know for any situation.

Simulation should be used in every medical college for the proper training. There are many situations that can be used in the simulation base are IV cannulation, gastrostomy feeding, CPR resuscitation, ET tube insertion, NG tube insertion, administration of injection in IM, subcutaneous, intradermal, etc. The labor mechanism and delivery process also can be learn from simulation-based learning.

Answer: Yes, in computer base simulation the dummy will response according to the situation like increasing blood pressure, increase or decrease heart rate. So before making a situation the instructor have to set in computer and according to the set program, the simulator will perform. As compared to other simulation computer base simulator is more high fidelity to practice.
