Solutions

Expert Solution

Teenagers do not have any job experience and they find it difficult to get jobs compared to those people who have job experience. That is the main reason why the teenage employment rate exceed those for overall labour force.

These teenagers are of less skilled and so they can get entry in low skilled level jobs only which are not usually preferred by them

Nowadays, parents give all luxury and comfort to their teenage children that they become dependent on their parents and do not seek jobs.

Parents sometimes do not even encourage their children for the same.

Many teenagers who are employed do not understand the rules in different jobs and behave inappropriately which is not acceptable anywhere.

Some teenagers think that this is not the appropriate age to work or to achieve their goals and they get indulged in unnecessary activities.

Most of the jobs do not prefer children and teenagers with minimum education rather they prefer adults.

Some schools and parents dont encourage employment for their teens as they spoil their child's childhood.

hope this was helpful!
