My organization implemented check-in kiosk to eliminate wait time in long lines. However, the problem is that the younger generation uses the kiosk more than the older generation?

The problem of the older generation can be solved by proper rebundling and making changes in accordance and favourable to all to make use of the kiosk and make the innovation successful.
