My organization implemented check-in kiosk to eliminate wait time in long lines. However, the problem is that the younger generation uses the kiosk more than the older generation?

Part 3:Here the innovator firms can make decisions and change the ecosystems to get its benefit .It can be debundling the elements or to rebundle it,repositiin,add ir rekove depending upon the need .It follows three techniques minimal viable footprint ,stage expansion and ecosystem carry over.

The problem of the older generation can be solved by proper rebundling and making changes in accordance and favourable to all to make use of the kiosk and make the innovation successful.
