Expert Solution

A resume is a document that is created by a person to present their background, skills and their accomplishments. It is mostly used for getting a new employment.

An interview is a structured conversation where one participant will ask questions and the other one has to answer that.

So ,i think interview method is more important than a resume presentation beacause while one will prepare a resume there he can take help from others for preparing a resume but when it comes to an interview there when the interviewer will ask the questions then an interviewee has to answer it on the spot using his intelligence and skill.

Common asked questions are-

. What is your name? U r from which area?

. What are your hobbies?

. Why u want this job?

. Why you want to work in this company?

. Why should we hire you? Etc

In interview questions should not be asked about the participant's race, skin colour, religion, gender and physical disabilities . This is illegal.
