Nursing is a profession which needs expertise ,skill and patience to meet the ever-changing health demands of the society .Community nursing is a difficult setting where most nurses have to work with people from rural areas.Nurses are often at risk for workplace hazards.They often had to handle with blood borne pathogenssThe nursing workforce can be protected by including exttameasures for those who do not recieve the vaccinations for personal or religious reasons.One option is to wear an antiviral mask when trating highly vulnerable patients.Nurses working in the community health sectors work in collaboration with diverse partners to addresss the challenges in the community ,monitoring community health trends and factors,helping communities set local health priorities and design as well as implement health education programs to minimize health risks .Communities are dynamic and nurse must be able to adapt to the settting and provide to the patients whatever care they need,But the salary for community nurses are pretty low compared to similar positions in a major health facility.They help in financial management and planning skills to support careful budget management and use of public resources
