In the health care industry, evidence-based decision making is more valuable. Health care professionals work with more objective and scientific data pertaining to the medical conditions of patients. While handling same conditions of patients, one doctor may prescribe one treatment whereas other doctor may prefer different treatment. Here the data will be examined to assess which treatment has shown the most effective progress in actual practice setting to decide which best patients care. Hence there is a dependency exists on the information obtained from examining patterns and relationships in data for evidence-based practice in health care.
