Blood transfusion is the process of transferring blood and blood products into individual circulation intravenously.Blood transfusion done for various medical conditions to replace lost components of blood from body.Blood transfusion is live saving procedure used during severe blood loss. * Before transfusion of blood need to check blood group,and want to do matching of patient blood and transfusing blood ,if didn't match coagulation reaction may occur,it leads to death. *During or after blood transfusion vital sigs should evaluate because individuals may get fever as allergic reaction. *Blood transfusion was safe,but there is some risk of complications so need to evaluate. *After blood transfusion we have to evaluate for common allergic reactions like hives,itching,fever,bruising at intravenous site.

There may be positive and negative outcome. Positive out come ,patient get benefited with blood transfusion,life was saved . If any complications occur,it results in negative outcome ,mild allergic reactions may present,some times these allergic reactions gose worsened.
