Average voltage must be zero as it is "Alternating voltage(as Power supply voltage contains Sine term)". In AC ,after each cycle its sign changes.hence average will be zero(as +ve and -ve cancels each other) but when we square them ,-ve part of AC Voltage will also become +ve .Hence,For average square voltage it must have some definite value not 0 (Like the average value) which is calculated by :As, Root mean square voltage is given by V0/√2 .
For average square voltage it must be square of RMS voltage.Avergae square :(Vo)^2/2=(100)^2/2=5000V^2 .
