Earthquakes are disastrous and catastrophic event causes damages and losses to the properties and life's of people. From all healthcare providers, nurses role is vital in the earthquake affected areas. Being a nurse it is duty of nurse to step up in the time of crisis. Which our nursing community did their best whenever there a crisis.

At the time of earthquake nurses have to work in community. So their job becomes more complicated and important. They have to work and as well as they have to act as a leader. By division of this complicated work in phases simplifies there job. These.phase are:

Assessment Phase

In the assessment phase nurses can check what they got. Its like preparation phase in this they can check what type of skills, staff, mefications and knowledge is needed. They can check capacity of healthcare providers, safety guidelines, communication between other government staff and non government organizations to make collaboration, so that proper service could be provided to the earthquake affected.
