You are working as a Nurse at a rural high school and have been asked to assess the body composition and overall health of the students. What specific body composition assessment technique would you use (consider price, ease of use, etc…)? Make sure you explain why you would choose this technique. (3 pts)

You have been asked to give a presentation to elementary school students at a local school. They are having a health fair and want you to speak about nutrition and health – with a specific emphasis on teaching healthy eating habits to help avoid childhood obesity. List 3 things you would say to the students. (I don’t want words repeated from the Powerpoint or book, I am looking for creative and well thought out pieces of advice!
