2.Work stress is more for a person like me which is resulting headache,low energy ,where we feel nothing is easy and chances of becoming a pessimist resulting in making difficult decisions.

3.My plan for reducing stress would be:

  • making an effort to spend time with the people who makes me feel uplifted as cultivating positive friendship will reduce stress.
  • Listening to music is a stress buster and it feels most relaxed.
  • Regular exercises and yoga not only have the ability to make me feel better but also can reduce overall stress levels.
  • Controlling eating habits,and eating more nutritious food is helful.

4.,5.Some people feel thay are in no way situation with no choices,but thats not true.We always have choices ,even if we dont always like what those choices are .Simple answer is figure out the priorities because without them you have no to know what to change,when to change and what to keep in order .Priorities include- have atleast few hours a week alone time to recharge.,delegate chore works at home and at office,get atleast 8 hours of sleep per night,have a job or career that offers me flexible timings.

6.Negative stress: It can be chronic,acute,long term,short term ,hyper stress ,hypostress etc.

Positive stress:It depends on completing a task,physical activity,enthusiasm,excitement,creative thinking etc.
