It need to consider the fluctuation by traffic. Engineers need to consider the fluid mechanism so that in case of heavy rain or river fluid. Necessary need to consider the type of material used to construct the bridge.

This happen due to lack of decision making by the state or federal government. A situation arises & it remain a conflict for the government whether to release the fund on priority or not. But after the accident happen so government have no choice without being to build a new bridge.

Once the life span of bridge is finished as define while it constructed. So its become very difficult to predict again the life of brige. Some of the parameters need to checked by the official to predict the further usage of briges. Sometimes other reasons can cause of accident so we can not say this 100 percent failure of transport official. But after the life span of bridge finished, it should not be used.
