Answer : The term "Golden Rule" means the important rules and regulation that has been followed by businessman and marketer for long run of the business.

Golden Rule of Marketing :

"Sell unto others as you would have them sell unto you"

The goldem rule explain that if marketer want maximum profit and higher sales than they provide consumer with genuine message from trusted sources that help them to understand the importance and useage of the product in the daily life.

Importance of Golden Rule are :

  • Identify your customer need
  • Focus on quality of the product
  • Focus on your message given to the customer
  • Take feedback from the customer
  • Improvement in the product

Objections means hurdles that a sales manager faced while selling a product. The sales person faces various types of hurdles in selling a product such as :

  • Customer does not need your product
  • Your product is out of the budget
  • It may be expensive or one-time useage

To overcome with objection the saleperson has to adopt proper step such as :

  • Listen the objection properly and understand the main reason of buyer objection. It is saleman job is to find right reason for objection.
  • The sale manager now provide relevant information related to objection. Saleman ignore negative emotion of the customer. Response to the customer should be clear and to the point.
  • Once you clear the objection, check it that you have satisfied the buyer or not. The salesman asked buyer that they are satisfied with solution and if needed explain solution again.
  • Turn objection of the customer as sales oppournity.

Atlast objection is a statement made by the customer which is not sure about the product.

A product is launched in such a way that it attract large number of customer in one go. In the market no one know whether a new product launch is huge success or failoure.

  1. Creating powerful value proposition means that in advance the customer should know how the product will be used.
  2. Prepare talk tracks so that customer in advance know about the product.
  3. Provide proper training to the sales person about ne product and its useage.
  4. Proper advertising of the new product which include price and useage.
  5. Promotion techinques has been adopted
  6. Attract the potential customer in best possible manner.
