Community based approach that equitably involves all community people in the process of being healthy and prevention of Illiness. The social determinants of both health and vulnerability are social, economical, physical environmental, availability of health facilities etc.by community health approaches the community health nurse can initiate various facilities.

i. Proper supply of balanced and nutritious food and drinking water.

ii. Proper water drainage facilities.

iii. 100% immunization of all community children.

iv. Health teaching for prevention of locally endamic diseases.

v. Provide primary health care to the community people and facilities for refferal to the higher healthcare center.

vi. Supply primary medicine and ORS to the community people.

vii. Conduct health teaching programs in community and involve the local community people in that program.

viii. Proper utilisation of all supply meterials for the improvement of the condition of community people.

By these way the community health approaches strengthen a community resilience.
