Let me tell you that "Anti-trust Law is the US Law which Protects Consumers and not the Competitors".

US Judge told that "Microsoft had violated the Anti-trust Law through predatory and Anti-competitive Behaviour". Microsoft was clear that it was going to be a big fight and the US Court Judge Judgement was a Landmark.

Monopoly means that there is one seller only in a entire location which sells unique or different products at lower prices or affordable prices to the consumers making that seller, A LEADER in their products that they offer to their customers.

US Justice department and 19 other states sued Microsoft for monopolizing the market for operating systems of personal computers.and they had taken Anti-Competitive Action illegally to maintain its Monopoly. The other charges on Microsoft was that, it had Linked the Internet explorer web browser with its own Windows in order to lower the distribution of Netscape web browser in the market.

The US Court Judge had given order to break Microsoft in two companies. It's 1st company would have all Operating systems Software and it's 2nd company would have all the other company's products.

US court judge had also imposed many and severe restrictions on the business conduct of Microsoft.

Thank you very much for your question.
