what is the difference between the Gibbs energy of a reaction mixture and the Standard Gibbs energy of reaction.
Gibbs energy of reaction : it is defined as the energy associated with any reaction which can be utilised in doing work through the reaction at any arbitrary condition such as any set of temperature, pressure and quantity of product.
Standard Gibbs energy : it is defined as gibbs energy measured at standard pressure and temperature(1 bar and 298K respectively) for the formation of 1 mole of product from the reactants(in the standard state).
