ascending order (A to Z) I given each state has one number.
Name of the city it somehow dificudif to Interpret. But, same way how given numbers to the state same way assign .
Come to date of birth who has same date of birth and city add alphabet to them.
Example:
One citizen from Alaska state and From Fairbanks city. His date of birth is 02-04-1996.
His ID will be US02090204S96a
First two alphabets indicates Country, 02 is the state code, 09 is the city code , 02 is date, 04 is month and S96 is year of birth .A is common for ever individual because if multiple of people in the same date of birth use alphabets.
S is 19th alphabet like wise use.
