His ID will be US02090204S96a

First two alphabets indicates Country, 02 is the state code, 09 is the city code , 02 is date, 04 is month and S96 is year of birth .A is common for ever individual because if multiple of people in the same date of birth use alphabets.

S is 19th alphabet like wise use.
