Bashar Wali, president of Provenance Hotel Group, he said in his talks that like stone, glass art, pool in the hotel does not matter if it matters, it is human connections. He further explained that a man has some basic needs like food and water, as well as human connection makes them complete. Just like maslow has given basic hierarchial needs.according to maslow hierarchial needs food is the basic need and he put it in bottom, followed by house and safety needs. And above that is love , affection and human relationships. He also gave a lot of importance to love, care and affection. I also agree with Basar Vali's statement. He is absolutely right, nothing is more than humanity. Humanity is very important in field of nursing too . A good nurse is the one who has a sense of humanity with her patient and able to made good human relation ship ..a good nurse able to intract nicely with her patients.therapeutic communication is the basic need for giving proper care to patients. . Just as someone said sweet words spoken by a nurse can cure someone's pain without medicine. Humanity Connects man to another man, in which people are attached by the heart. If the patient remains admitted in the hospital, then after some time he forgets all the things of the hospital, but he will ever remember how his nurse treated with him and took proper care of him.. humanity shown in everyones personality.money can buy everything but not love and affection.the person who able to made good connections and interpersonal relationship become more successfull in his life.and nursing is a unique proffesion devoted to humanity.

A lonely man needs emotional satisfaction and that will get by making human communication.he does not satisfied by nonliving things like costly building material, money, wine etc.

In the end the only thing matters is one to one communication we cant convence some one by talking on phones and texting messages.but we can drop maximum effect by shaking hands and hugging.
