Q1 How is a patient’s health literacy evaluated? What skills have you as a pharmacist utilized when speaking with patients who are hearing impaired? Vision impaired? What if English is not the patient’s primary language?
Q2What are REMS drugs? How do you follow FDA requirements for those medications? How do you keep up with requirements? How do you document that you have followed appropriate requirements?
Q3What are the roles of the each person in the pharmacy? Are they well defined? What is the workflow process? Are some employees considered union workers? Does that change how things are delegated? Who supervises the interns, technicians, and other staff? Who makes out the schedule? Who provides the training? Are there training modules that must be completed?
Q4Do you provide MTM services? If so, how often and whom of your patients are chosen to do Comprehensive Medication Reviews? How do comprehensive medication reviews differ from other MTM services? *If the site does not provide MTM services, why not? What are barriers to incorporating that service at this site?
Q5What are the rules of dispensing naloxone? How often do you dispense it and who is paying for those prescriptions? What does your pharmacy follow to dispense to naloxone without a prescription? What happens if the patient wants to bill their insurance? How much is the product without insurance? Are you trained on how to use naloxone? What is the community and the store doing to combat the opioid epidemic?
1) A patient health literacy can be evaluated by just observing the involvement of patient by asking questions, communicating with health care staff to clarify queries.

Braille system and verbal communication can be used for visual impaired people
English is a medium of communication ,it is not necessarily understood by everybody . Communication can be made effective by our tone, showing the medications, facial expressions.
