In the workplace, unethical behaviour can include any facts that violate the law like theft or violence, Dumping toxic materials anywhere (it Is illegal, but seldom enforced.)

The severity of illegal and unethical business practices cannot be stressed enough. Everyone shares the responsibility for promoting a positive workplace and conducting business ethically and legally.

# Ethical and legal behavior:

The example of an assessment organization includes that of CHC(community health center) community services training for the facilitation of the responsible behavior. There are skills required for the monitoring of the behavior of the individuals .

The legality and ethical correctness of behaviour depends a lot upon the geographic region and time.

# A legal and unethical behavior :

An unethical decision that is not illegal would be lying to your friends. A legal decision can also be an unethical one because you can do lots of things, like bribe or lie, however those things are not illegal unless performed on an officer or person of law.

This if nursing staff tell a lie to the patient even if it is good for him considering his mental status I.e if the patient is too depressed. This may be unethical but not illegal.
