ADVANTAGES

1.BETTER WORKFORCE-if the population consists maximum of the youth then it will be easier to use them as active resources for the development because they will save time and money.

2.SKILLS- they can be provided with certain skills and which they can learn quickly as compare to other age group and can be useful in fast development if channelise properly

3.Better ideas- A new brain will think more innovative that can be helpful for that country

DISADVANTAGES

1.UNEMPLOYMENT-due to a large amount of youth and children it will be very difficult for the government to generate the jobs for them.Example PAKISTAN.

2. WASTE RESOURCE -if they are not guided and educated well then they will just a waste for the country which will not help in progressing of the country
