Solutions

Expert Solution

Things that are done by the company in order to make the employees feel that they are valued are as follows-

A. Monetary and non monetary incentives- companies will be often rewarding their employees with various kinds of monetary and non monetary incentives on various occasions like when they are achieving their objectives or they are also valued for their contribution towards service to the organisation and they are promoted so employee will be feeling valued when they are receiving monetary as well as non monetary incentives.

B. Being asked for opinion and being asked for decision making processes by voting constantly so they will be feeling that they are a part of the organisation decision-making process and they are also deciding the due course of action of the company and they will be feeling part of the company and they will also feel that their objectives are synchronised with the objectives of the company in the long run so this will bring in a feeling of inclusiveness.

C. providing them with specific benefits and making them feel that company is trusting them and not always making them feel like they are not trusted so there is a high level of trust on the employees and that will be boosting the employee moral and faith on the organisation.
