Using the class scenario, develop a future scenario that describes at least four reasonable changes in

processes, human factors, and/or technology. Identify your planning assumptions that underlie these

changes. For each change, identify the impact the change will have on the current Enterprise Architecture.

(The class scenario assumes that the orginization is a college campus.)

Solutions

Expert Solution

As the world is moving towards digitalization, there would be much of changes in the process, human factors and technology. Four reasonable changes are as follows:

  • The process would be automated and would be carried out using machinery, robots or computers.
  • The process has to become seamless and error free as due to intense competition ,there is very less scope of making errors.
  • Human factors have to be more skill based and high level expertise as most of the routine tasks would be replaced by automation.
  • Technology would be highly predominant in the future as artificial intelligence and robotics technology would take over the entire operations.

The planning assumptions would be that entire world is moving towards digitalization and majority of the tasks would be performed by artificial intelligence and robotics technology.

Enterprise has to invest in Information Technology to keep pace with the changing environment and all low skilled tasks would be replaced by artificial intelligence

The chapter describes the process to follow to develop territories. After territories have been developed, changes may occur that indicate the territories need to be realigned. What changes can you identify that indicate the need for realignment? How would you go about the process of realigning territories? How would you implement the changes?

Design You will need to have at least four classes: a parent class, a child class, a component class, and an unrelated class. The component object can be included as a field in any of the other three classes. Think about what each of the classes will represent. What added or modified methods will the child class have? What added fields will the child class have? Where does the component belong? How will the unrelated class interact with the others?...
