key areas of CSR are environmental management,eco-efficiency ,responsible sourcing,stakeholder engagement,labor standard and working condition,employee and community relation,socio equity,human rights,good governance and anti -corruption measures.
most of these are monitored by the government of there particular company ,proper rules is necessary to maintain that this are follower properly,they also may have certain rules to protect each of this,this varies between countries.
non-compliance income is earned by the government or authorized Partiers when the organization did,nt follow the proper CSR rule,when the CSR rules are not followed properly the government or authorized party can charge then penalty for not following the strict guidlines.each of this rule varies between countries to countries.
