Maintenance cost is estimated to be $12,000 the first year and increase $3,000 per year to the end of the 10 year project life. If the company uses MARR of 12.0%, what is the equivalent uniform annual worth of the project?
3) An engineering firm can pay for a new computer system in one payment or make quarterly payments over the next 2 years. The computer system costs $64,630. The quartely payments are $10,000. What is the quarterly interest rate? What is the effective annual interest rate?
