To alleviate the problem

1. Need to stop the farmland from making separate units

2. Need to focus on the crops which requires less amount of water like pulse, vegetables etc.

Climate change

Much of state’s energy is comes from fossil fuel- like natural gas or oil. Which increases the emission of CO or CO2 in the air and as a result temperature increased. Which causes drought, wildfire etc.

To alleviate the problem

1. Need to focus on the renewable energy

2. Need to reduce the wasting of water

3. Need to increase the use of energy efficient appliances.

Economy

Economy in California is facing problem due to

1. High poverty rates

2. Income inequality

3. High housing costs

4. Job opportunities to selected people

To alleviate the problem

1. Need to make the policy for all, and no discrimination should take place.

2. Need to skill the workers from economically weaker section with free of cost.

3. Need to reskill the existing skilled workers, that they can utilize their potential accurately.

Education

1. High dropout rate s among the minorities is one of the big challenges in the education system

2. Poverty possess a big threat to the people the people of California to give education to their children.

To alleviate the problem

1. Need free schooling for the economically weaker section and to minority, for which budget on education need to be increased.

2. To decrease the dropout rate need to increase the teacher-guardian interaction to tell them the importance of education

3. Need to make the things interesting for the students.
