2. Good communication skills can improve your health care professionalism. We need to speak to people of different educational, cultural and social backgrounds and we must educate the patient in an effective, caring and professional manner.

It helps in interacting with older patients ,children and to communicate with dying patients, families and friends and build a good rapport by giving reliable education and information related to their health condition.

Effective communication useful in preventing injuries and death, improves quality of life , encourages the patient to recover fastly, increases trust between the patient and the healthcare professionals, and strengthen relationships with other members.
