Buyer behaviour-
Buyers behaviour is basically the decision process of an individual before buying a good or service.
It is important for a firm also to study and understand the buyer behaviour to make better and effective strategies and in order to satisfy the needs and want of the customer.
Buyer behaviour consists of all the acts and Steps that he takes while buying a product or service in order to satisfy his/her needs.
It constitutes of various factors that influences a buyer's behaviour like what the consumer thinks about the product,what influences him/her to buy the product etc.
There are various factors that affect the buyers behaviour-
1.social factors-it includes income level, social media,friends, family etc.which influences the buyers behaviour
2.Personal factors-it includes an individuals personal opinion about the product, Interest,age, culture etc Which influences the buyers behaviour.
3.Psychological factors-it includes his/her motivation to buy the product, perception, attitude which influences the buyers behaviour.
