Her most recent labs show cholesterol 360, triglycerides 450, LDL 220, and HDL 60. Her CR is 1.2 and GFR is normal. Her current blood pressure is 150/90.

The patient is receiving following medications

Lisinopril 20 mg once in a day - it is a angoitensine converting enzyme inhibitor used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure

Norvasc - a calcium channel blocker to treat high blood pressure and coronary artery disease

metformine -is a glycophage used as a first line medication for the treatment of type 2 diabetes  

patients current blood pressure is 150 /90 ,the measurment indicates that blood pressure is not maintained well

and her cholestrol level is high normal total cholestrol is less than 170  mg/dl [patient value is 360 ]

triglyceride level should be less than150 mg/dl or high 200 mg/dl  [patient value is 450]

LDL should be lees than 100mg [patient value is 220]

serum creatinine normal range is 0.84 to1.21 mg/dl [patient value is 1.2 ]

PATIENTS LABORATORY VALUES SHOWS THAT IT IS NECESSARY FOR HER TO FOLLOW PHARMOCOLOGICAL AS WELL AS NON PHARMOCOLOGIC MEASURES TO MAINTAIN BLOOD PRESSIRE ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF HYPERTENSION 2020[ISH]
