Seven simple tools can be used by any professional to ease the quality improvement process:

‌ Pareto diagrams,
‌ cause and effect diagrams,
‌ histograms,
‌scatter diagrams,
‌ control charts.

Cause and effect diagram:

A cause-effect diagram is helps to identify the possible cause and which results what effect among the organization.it helps in quality improvement by further preventing quality defects by identifying possible causes by tool. It is also know as fishbone diagram.
