Can you identify events in your life that have contributed to the person you are today? Can you identify events in your life that may have contributed to feelings of inadequacy? If faced with the same event today, would your actions and/or feelings regarding the incident be different? How and in what way?

There are many ways by which we can help out her.

Engage her in different works.

Assign her tasks.

Help her to set goals.

Feel her not alone.

Encourage the task completed by own efforts.

Ensure the presence of others always.

Sincerely compliment them on occasion.

Maximize the positive activities and minimizes the negative activities.

Avoid unrealistic comparisons.

We need to reach her family and different companions to bring her towards a positive life, they can help her out. In college ensure the proper psychological support bye guidance and counseling.

What I can do?

Try not to allow the individual to sit unbothered, if conceivable solicit the assistance from family, companions and so on. Take away the sharps or other things that might have been used to hurt the person himself or herself.

Try to keep the person engaged in other activities.

Don't be afraid of asking whether she is depressed or thinking about suicide.

Everything has been changed with certainty. But risk can often be reduced with timely interventions.
