In my opinion, yes the safety director has a major role in checking the manifactured toys because the toys which are made especially for the children should be considered with safety mesurements.Kids are not matured personalities like adults so they will keep small toys in mouth and some times they may swallo. So inorder to overcome these harmful factors, the safety of toys should be checked by the safety director of that particular company.
