Question 1. The government should consider the fact that she is living in poverty, she already has kids to take care and she is finding it difficult to meet their needs. The women has to stay alone and no one is their to extend a hand of help during pregnancy.. She should have been careful in using contraceptives if she knew that their relationship is not permanent. It was her mistake. But considering the financial issues and future of the child the government Can agree for abortion if it is allowed according to the countries law.

Question 2. Abortion morally is not a correct act. Since God is the only person who is allowed to give life and take life. Having an abortion is the same as that of killing a person.

Abortion can justified only in a few contexts.

1)continuation of the pregnancy causes a risk on mothers life

2)pregnancy is a result of rape.

3)when the fetus has congenital anomalies.

4)pregnancy is due to failure of contraception.

Due these conditions termination of pregnancy can be justified.
