Bacteroides, lactics, Enterococci, enterics, clostridia and methanogens. These bacteria are predominant in the colon.

For example enteric bacteria secrete vitamin k .

4.stool analysis or examination is a proces in which faces is examined to rule out diseases of gastrointestinal systems and it's cause such as Bacteria, viruses, parasites, poor nutrition absorption etc.
For worm infestation 3samples should be taken within 10days , 2 sample on alternative days and 1 sample after purgation.
How to take sample.
1. Don't take any medication that affect sample.
2. Take a sealed contrainer for collection of sample.
3. Wash hand and wear gloves or plastic wear.
4. Prepare toilet seat with a hat.
5. Cover toilet bowl with plastic wrap.
6. Lay a sheet of newspaper across your toilet bowel
7. Defecate into the collective device.
8. Deposit the sample in the container
9. Dispose of your collective device
10. Put sample in bag or plastic bag and refrigerate it.
11. Return it to Dr as soon as possible or take sample in the lab it possible for any further contamination and handling
