Many of you have experience in complex adaptive systems whether you realize it or not. Thinking about your future practice specialty area, identify an issue or concern common to your future practice setting. (Note: This can be the same practice issue identified in Week 5.) In your initial response, please identify your specialty track, as well as the issue or concern. Discuss how this issue or concern impacts the system at the micro, meso, and macro levels. How will you address this issue or concern at the microsystem level? What is the expected impact of your solution on the meso- and macrosystems? Remember you can use an information technology-based solution to address the issue or concern.

I am interested in the specialty areas of family nurse practitioner track. It has many uncertainties in the future. In spite of this, I still wish to work in that specialty area and to become successful in the career. The nurses are working in the primary care settings are the one who looks out the patients at all levels from initial problems to chronic diseases. It is challenging for the nurses because they have to deal with the different lab test and to diagnose the condition accurately. The nurse has to need an in-depth knowledge of their subjects. The nurse needs to have good clinical training. They have to deal with multiple medication regimen. Despite this, the people are thinking that primary care nurses are not worth enough to cure their diseases.

Family practitioner nurse has to work with the economic and political system. While practicing the nurse must consider the cost, resources, technology, drug and other sources. They have to analyze and evaluate the new intervention before practice. There is no guarantee of future research and evidence-based practice. Changes in public policy in workforces increase the turnover of the nurse practitioner.

The government should take initiative at the macro level through policies and funding. Initiate health research funding and research centers. At the meso level, change of misinterpretation and improve the scope of practice. Negotiate of health care policy and shape of health care reform.
