The International Convention on civil liability (CLC Convention) for oil pollution damage held in 26th November 1969 at Brussels. This is administered by the International maritime organization. The treaty explains the danger of pollution caused by the bulk carriage of oil. The treaty, not only explains the severity of pollution but, if any oil pollution caused by the maritime casualties, it also ensures the compensation to the sufferer.

Every nation for its sustainability, there is a significant need for oil. so, There should not be any limitations imposed against the nation with respect to its GDP or nations development or in concern of national conflicts between two nations.
